Thank you so much for your hard work in making our meeting a success. Please convey my thanks to Mr. Taylor and Londa as well. David told me this morning he was very impressed with the service, catering, and the room. If we have any more events like this I will be certain to keep the Bellevue Hilton in mind. Please let me know as soon as possible what our final bill will be. Thanks again.

The staff was more than excellent, as well as the food. The Hilton staff ensured a successful event for ExPo. Thank you so much!

GW is one of the top 5 convention service managers I’ve ever worked with. She knows her stuff and was a godsend to me since I was performing double duty – registration and meeting planning that week. I’ve already recommended your hotel to our contract specialist at SAE to consider for future meetings.

Wow--what a great night, thanks to you and everyone at the Hilton. I must tell you that people were consistently praising the menu. More than a few people said it was the best food they have ever been served at an auction. Congratulations on another great event. We're two for two! Thank you again.

Thank you for an excellent experience. The food was outstanding and all attendees were quite impressed with the quality of the cuisine and extra effort to which the Chef and staff went. An extra thank you to Alex in the A/V department who helped me with my equipment failure. He is a credit to your hotel and an exceptional young employee. Thanks, also, to the Chef for coming to the room and greeting my gathering. It was a very nice touch!

The hotel staff including front desk, sales, and servicing are excellent. Their customer service attitude is matched by no other venue we utilize. While we are a friendly group we can be high maintenance. They did an excellent job of rolling with the punches. Very accommodating.

Corry de Rooze is a delight to work with. Oscar in banquets is a gem! Very accommodating.

Comfortable Stay, Convenient Location-
My husband and I stayed at the Hilton while visiting family in the Seattle area. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the price was right. I am a fairly picky person especially when it comes to hotel rooms, however, I have nothing to complain about. Kudos on a job well done.

What is there to say- I will stay there every time I'm in the area.

Not Bad - Not Great-
Attended a conference at end of June/start of July. Was given a room on the ninth floor, so complementary buffet breakfast every morning was a great perk. Good food, lots of choice. Room was adequate, not the best maid service (no extra towels when asked for). Clean-up was rushed, not usual attention to details. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was OK, but whirlpool wasn't working (staff assured me it would be fixed "next day", but in my 5-day stay it never was). Close to all amenities in Bellevue and Seattle is close by. If you need a basic place to stay near I-405, this is a good choice.

Hotwired it... nice place, huge rooms, friendly & helpful front desk staff-
I usually stay at the nearby Sheraton to save some bucks, but I got a great deal on the Hilton (both are considered 3.5 stars by Hotwire) and ended up spending a week here on a business/leisure trip. The decor (per the staff, 3 years old) looks more like it's 15... dowdy colors and old dinged furniture. The carpet in my room was peeling up by the bathroom and you could feel the tacks pricking your feet. There was very little water pressure in the shower, too.
I did, however, like the free parking and the giant, wall-to-wall windows in each very large room, plus the excellent sound-proofing. There was a screaming baby in the next room and you could only hear him from the hallway. Finally! This is a large, older hotel (circa 1980) and it feels like its best days are behind it, but it was doing good business. Beware of some rooms on lower floors... they're slightly below grade and look into the parking lot.

A very nice stay-
Had a very nice experience here. The hotel does look a bit dated in spots, but nothing that would cause anyone to raise an eyebrow. Beds VERY comfortable. Only real complaint would be the parking lot, which appears to have been only partially re-paved and all the spaces are haphazardly painted in place, hard to see and WAY too close together. Otherwise, can't find a thing to complain about. Will be staying there again!

It was a pleasure to be at your establishment. The service was good, the food was good, and the meeting attendees had nothing but good things to say about you. I would be more than happy to come back again and will keep you in mind if every any of my associates plan to come that way. Please thank everyone for a job well done.

Excellent Hotel - wish it were closer to Seattle-
This is by far a great hotel - was there on business but is nice, clean and definitely worth staying at again.
The location for me was a bit off - as I was not familiar with the layout of Bellevue or Seattle but that was my own fault.
The staff was great, friendly and accommodating to all our needs.-
Room service was great.
Parking is ample and convenient.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bellevue area.
But if you are looking to explore Seattle, go to the other side of the water.

Great stay at the Hilton
I was not expection much as the last cople of times I have stayed at a Hilton property they have been in much need of rehab. This was not the case with this hotel. I stepped into the hotel and was greeted by a very happy and helpful staff and while I am a hilton honors member I don't have a high status but they have a floor dedicated to Hilton Honors members. My room was huge and had a great king bed with couch and flat screen tv. The bathroom looked new and I had a great night sleep. It is a great location as it is only 10-15 minutes from downtown.

Great hotel for runners!-
I stayed here in July while attending a meeting at Microsoft. The hotel is a bit south of downtown Bellevue, but still a manageable walking distance (maybe a mile to Bellevue Square Mall?). There are several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and there are sidewalks everywhere to make these walks pleasant.
As others have mentioned, I was put in a second-floor room, which is 1 floor below the check-in desk. Despite this, the room still has a large window which looks out onto a wooded creek area. So while it's a little surprising to be below the check-in desk, it's not like you're actually underground.
The hotel is fairly nice, though nothing particularly unique about it of course. My TV was not working when I checked in, but they fixed it quickly.
In my tripadvisor reviews, I always try to include info on running routes nearby. This hotel has a great one! When I asked the front desk about running routes, they immediately knew where to send me and pulled out a map. If you leave the hotel parking lot and turn left, you run about 1-1.5 miles on nice sidewalks to get to Mercer Slough Nature Park. In there, you have miles of trails and boardwalks to run on. It's a wonderful find! You don't feel like you're in Seattle when you're running in this park!
(The hotel desk also mentioned Bellevue's Downtown Park which has a little loop trail of ~1km. I've done this on previous trips, and while it is nice to run outside, the Mercer Slough is a much better place for running any substantial distance.

Good solid choice-
My husband and I have stayed here twice in the last several months -- once with the kids and once without. Both times the stay was wonderful. The beds are extremely comfortable and if the "Do Not Disturb" sign is out, the cleaning staff is great about letting you sleep in!!! The hotel is quiet and clean. Our 4 year-old especially liked the glass elevators. The Bellevue Hilton is close to lots of shopping and fabulous dining options and without traffic Seattle is just 15 minutes away. If you are arriving between 3:00 - 6:00pm on a week day, you may want to search for a route that allows you to avoid I-405. Over all a great place (and great value in Bellevue) for a get-away (romantic or family)! We will definately stay here again for a Mariner or Seahawk game or for the fun 4th of July celebration in Bellevue.

I recommend staying here!-
When we arrived, we were very pleased with the friendly staff. Everyone treated us with respect. The room was very adequate, and although we faced the highway, we didn't hear any outside noise. It was an easy trip into downtown Seattle, and there were several places to eat around the area.Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I would stay here again.
