Hotel FAQ's

We’ve put together a list of the most frequently asked questions (FAQs) from our hotel guests.  If you need individual assistance, or have special requests, please feel free to contact us

Q: When is Check-In and Check-Out?

A: Hotel check-in is 4:00PM., and check-out is 11:00AM. (All guests arriving before 4:00PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. We can also arrange to check luggage for guests arriving early when rooms are not available and for guests attending functions on the day of their departure.)

Late Checkout: We also provide late departures for our guests based upon availability.  Please check with our front desk for more information and fees associated with this service.

Q: What forms of Payment do you Accept?

A: The Hilton Bellevue Hotel accepts cash and most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Q: Do you offer Bell/Baggage Services?

A: Our bell/baggage services include moving your luggage and delivering all amenities (non-food and beverage), plus golf bag handling and/or storage.  Additional porterage charges will be set forth in your contract.

Departure notices and bag pulls should be coordinated with our guest services manager and/or bell captain or catering/event manager.

Q: May I bring my pet?

A: Yes, we are a pet-friendly hotel and pets 25 pounds or under are welcome at our hotel.  Additional charges apply.  Please contact the front desk or leave additional comments in your online booking.

Q: Does Basil’s Bistro accept Reservations?

A: Yes. Reservations are recommended for Basil’s Bistro, whether it is for a table of four or a party of 75.

Q: Do you have an on-site Business Center?

A: Yes, our business center is located on the lobby level of the Hilton Bellevue Hotel.  It is available to you 24 hours a day.  For guests processing large or rush jobs, please visit the front desk for assistance.

Q: Is there access to a Car Rental service from the hotel?

A: Yes.  For your convenience the Avis/Budget car rental desk is located in the hotel lobby.

Q: Is there a map or directions to Hilton Bellevue?

Q: Will I have access to a Golf Course?

A: Yes. Please visit our Bellevue Golf page for a complete listing of local golf courses.

Q: Is there a direct Guest Service line?

A: Yes. Guests with specific needs or requests may use a house phone and dial extension 0. One of our hotel operators will direct your call to the appropriate party.

Q: Do you provide Housekeeping?

A: Housekeeping services, consisting of general cleaning, take place daily. If you require special times of service, please make them directly with housekeeping or your catering/events manager.

Additional bedding is available in rooms and also for rooms with children there are cribs. Please note there is a maximum of four persons, including children allowed per room.

Q: Do you provide Internet Services?

A: Yes. The Hilton Bellevue provides numerous Internet Services for your needs. AT&T is our Internet Service Provider. Basic hotel room Internet access is $12.95/day or $14.95/day for faster Internet service, perfect for streaming and video conferencing.

We are pleased to provide complimentary wireless Internet access to our HHonors customers.

Q: What newspapers do you offer?

A: The Seattle Times is available in our gift shop.  In addition, USA Today and the Wall Street Journal are available Monday - Friday at the front desk.

Q: I love your bedding items.  Is there a place I can shop online?
