At the Hilton Bellevue Hotel near Seattle, WA, our high-rise hotel provides the following amenities and services to make your stay relaxed and comfortable. Our front desk is here to help you throughout your stay. They can assist you with concert tickets, local area attractions and other requests to make your stay in Bellevue, Washington a success.
Our on-site business center, located on the lobby level, is open 24 hours a day to accommodate your business needs. We provide the following services for your convenience:

For A/V equipment rental or larger jobs, please contact our business center or catering/event manager to assist you with your needs.
Outdoor Pool (Seasonal) and Whirlpool*
Our whirlpool is open year-round and is a wonderful way to relax tired muscles after exercising in our fitness center or a day of sightseeing near Seattle.
*Pool and whirlpool are currently closed for maintenance. They will reopen on Monday, June 5.
24-Hour Fitness Center
Don’t sacrifice your workout when traveling. At the Hilton Bellevue we know how important your exercise routine is to you, which is why we offer fresh fruit and water daily in our Fitness Center. For your convenience, cold towels and complimentary headsets are available at the front desk.
Our fitness equipment includes:
- Recumbent bikes
- Universal machine
- Stair climber
- Stretching area

Laundry/Dry Cleaning Service
If you’d like to use our laundry or dry cleaning service, please contact the front desk. Laundry or Dry Cleaning picked up prior to 9:00AM is returned to guests by 6:00PM, the same evening. Garments picked up after 9:00AM will be returned the following day by 6:00PM.
Please note: Our laundry and dry cleaning services are closed on the following Holidays: Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s.
For your convenience, we also provide an on-site laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers.
Broadband/High Speed Internet Access
Complimentary broadband Internet access is available in our lobby and other public spaces of the Hilton Bellevue Hotel. High-speed wireless Internet access is also available in all guest rooms for a nominal fee. Basic hotel room Internet access is $12.95/day or $14.95/day for faster Internet service, perfect for streaming and video conferencing.
We are pleased to provide complimentary wireless Internet access to our HHonors guests.
Take advantage of convenient guest parking in our on-site parking lot. Self-park is $20 per day.
If you are planning a large event or rental car deliveries, please notify your event or catering manager, so that we may make the appropriate arrangements for you.
Electric Car Charging (EV) Stations
The Hilton Bellevue is proud to be going green with the installation of three Level 2 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations -- two Tesla and one generic. Guests are welcome to charge their electric cars during their stay.
The Hilton Bellevue is a pet-friendly hotel. Please notify us when booking your stay if you’ll be traveling with your pet.
Pet’s weight must not exceed 25 pounds and there is a two pet maximum per room, with both pets collectively weighing under 25 pounds. In addition, a non-refundable $50 pet fee is required per stay.Learn More
Hotel Quiet Hours
Please note that the Hilton Bellevue observes the following quiet hours between 9:00PM and 8:00AM on ALL guest floors. We want everyone to enjoy their stay with us. We take noise complaints seriously, which may result in eviction without compensation after two warnings.
At the Hilton Bellevue Hotel we are pleased to provide our guests with local transportation via our complimentary shuttle. We will take guests anywhere within a one mile radius from the property.

Kipsu – A New Way to Communicate
The Hilton Bellevue Hotel has recently started working with Kipsu, a text messaging platform that allows guests at our hotel to interact quickly and easily with our hotel concierge.
The platform allows you to send a simple text to the concierge when you aren’t able to track down the right person to assist you. This allows for a more enjoyable stay when you can quickly take care of any minor issues you may be dealing with.
Here are some examples of common scenarios you may use Kipsu for:
- You forgot to make a dinner reservation at Basil’s Bistro.
- Need extra towels in your hotel room.
- Forgot what time check-out is?
Kipsu helps guests take care of these common questions and issues with an instant text message. Be sure to try it during your next stay with us!
*Guests MUST provide their cell number at check-in or have it on their HHonors profile in order for conversations to occur with Kipsu.
Introducing Digital Key! The newest innovation in hotel convenience. Digital Key is a new feature offered on the Hilton HHonors app. Now our loyalty program members now have more control over their experience at the Hilton Bellevue Hotel. With the Digital Key option HHonors members can use their Smartphones as their room key. Guests also have the option to bypass the hotel check-in desk and access any other areas of the hotel that requires a key by simply using your Smartphone.
Guests MUST have a valid credit card on file with the hotel in order to enjoy this service. Digital check-in must also be completed through the HHonors application before the Digital Key with be enabled.
